Refund policy
We hope that you are delighted with your order from us. However, we understand there may be some circumstances where you would like to return an item, if you find an item which is not as you expect, or if an item is faulty.
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your Product is received in a damaged condition. We will require photographic evidence of damage to both the product and it's packaging materials.
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your Product please contact us within 48hours. You may return the item within 14 days and a full refund will be issued (excluding postage.)
- We cannot accept returns for personalised or custom orders unless the item is faulty.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- All returned items are to be received in the original condition.
